Accessibility

The studio wants every visitor to use this site with equal ease, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they rely on.
Standard
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, in both English and French, in light and dark appearance.
What has been done
- A skip link, landmarks and a single heading hierarchy on every page.
- Every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus ring; dialogs keep focus inside them and close with Escape.
- Text and interface colours meet contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
- Images and drawings carry text alternatives; decorative shapes are hidden from screen readers.
- Motion is reduced for people who have asked their system to reduce it.
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content, and layouts reflow to narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Forms label every field and announce their results to assistive technology.
Known limits
The map in the contact section is provided by Google and its controls follow Google’s accessibility choices. The address is also printed as text so the map is never the only way to find the studio.
