Privacy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain language because that is how privacy should work.

What the forms collect

Four forms exist on the site: a quote request, a website review request, a newsletter sign-up and a contact form. They collect only what you type: your name, your email address and your message, plus the optional organisation, phone number and service choice on the quote form, and the website address on the review form. Each submission also records the language of the page and the time it was sent, so that automated submissions can be filtered out.

Why it is collected

To reply to you. A quote request leads to a reply and a short call; a review request leads to written notes about your site; a contact message leads to an answer; a newsletter address is used only to send the notes you asked for, and every note carries a way to stop them.

Who processes it

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which serves the pages and screens the forms for abuse. Messages are delivered to the studio’s inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Both act on the studio’s instructions and do not use your details for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

None. The site sets no cookies, loads no analytics and includes no advertising or social media scripts. Your choice of light or dark appearance is kept in your own browser’s storage and never leaves it. The embedded map is loaded from Google Maps when the contact section is displayed and is subject to Google’s own terms.

Retention

Form submissions are kept in the studio’s email for as long as the conversation or project is active and are deleted afterwards on request. Newsletter addresses are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask what personal information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@786.eco and you will receive an answer.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing about how your information is used will change without being written here first.
